What a day it has been. Plenty took the opportunity to come along and have a look. The weather was fantastic and golfers from toddlers to 80 year old enjoyed the course.

3 Groups of beginners enjoyed expert tuition by Emma McBride. Young and old took the chance to play 6 holes around the course.

The putting competition and Target golf were particularly popular.

Judging by the number of balls along and beside the first fairway plenty of potential “Tiger Woods” took on the longest drive competition.

Well done to Ed Rollit for wining both putting and target competitions for the under 13’s, he managed a clean sweep by winning the junior longest drive.

Romeo Fitzgerald won the putting and target golf for the 13 year olds and over beating many regular players. The days longest drive was won by Andrew Harvie
