The Park opened in 1995 built within the wonderful parkland setting of Avington Park. Much of The Park was planted in the late 18th Century and the mature trees now define the course. The greens were built to the USGA specification to ensure good playing conditions all year and have helped establish the reputation of the course as perhaps the best 9 Hole in Hampshire.
Visitor are always made to feel welcome at The Park, the course is suited to both beginners and those looking for more of a challenge. Please ask about club and trolley hire if you have not brought yours with you. Although we have a relaxed dress code we do ask for sensible footwear, preferably golf shoes to protect the course.
The Clubhouse is open from 8.30am until approx 1 before sunset
Society groups are most welcome at The Park please contact the clubhouse or office for information.
The recently installed on line booking software is proving popular with members as well as visitors. A simple registration process is followed by a quick and easy to use booking system. Follow up bookings become even easier.
A new E-Player category has been started for regular visitors. Allowing easy internet tee booking and discounted green fees
