Great space for a “Get together”. Sleeps 10 in comfort and 2 extra fold up beds can be accommodated. Plenty of space for all with both cottages fully interconnected. Spare living room ideal for children's tv area or the fold up beds. Extra fridges and dishwasher useful for large groups.

Bedroom 1: Twin or Double bed, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Dressing table. En suite bathroom with Shower, bath, basin and loo.
Bedroom 2: Twin or Double bed, Wardrobe, drawers, dressing table. bathroom with shower/bath, basin & Loo.
Bedroom 3: Twin or Double bed with extra single bed, dressing table and drawers. Wet room bathroom with disabled facilities, shower, loo and basin.
Bedroom 4: Twin or Double bed, Wardrobe, drawers, dressing table. (west cottage)
Bedroom 5: Single 3’ bed, basin. Please note this room also contains a washing machine (west cottage)
Bathroom 4:  Bath, Shower basin and loo. (west Cottage)
Bed linen & towels included.
Living area: Two Sofas, coffee table, 32” LCD television with “freesat”, dvd player & wireless Internet access, Telephone (£5 per week allowed), Log burner (initial logs provided).
Dining area: Table and chairs for 8
Kitchen area: Electric cooker & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle. cutlery, plates, glasses and bowls etc for 12 people and assorted pots and pans.
Laundry room:  Washer/dryer machine, fridge freezer, sink and work top, ironing board and iron
Courtyard:  accessed from living area with coffee table and clothes airer.
Fold Up Beds:  2 extra fold up 3’ beds are available (£20 charge each)
