Living area: Two Sofas, coffee table, 32" LCD television with "freesat", dvd player & wireless Internet access, Telephone (£5 per week allowed), Log burner (initial logs provided).

Dining area:  Table and chairs for 8

Kitchen area: Electric cooker & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle. cutlery, plates, glasses and bowls etc for 12 people and assorted pots and pans.

Laundry room:  Washer/dryer machine, fridge freezer, sink and work top, ironing board and iron

Courtyard; accessed from living area with coffee table and clothes airer.
